We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great, the food was lovely, and the facilities were excellent. The hotel had a real old-world winter feel, which we loved. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel, close to the former bank entrance on the Waring St side of the building, was very convenient. We also appreciated the next day's weather update left at turn-down, along with the chocolates. this hotel ticked all the boxes for a memorable stay.
